Delivery and returns


The cost of delivery is determined by the charge made to us by Royal Mail.

This total is shown to you at check-out, so you have an opportunity to review the total price before you confirm your order.  You can also enter a different delivery address if you wish.

If you realise that you have made a mistake with your order please telephone us or send us an e-mail and if your order has not been dispatched we will make the changes that you want to your order.  If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.

Please note that we are subject to the efficiencies of the postal service.  Because Royal Mail charge an even  larger amount for first class mail we have decided to send your Mookie out by second class post to reduce the postage costs.  If however you wish us to send your purchase out by first class post or next day delivery (as Royal Mail does not guarantee  next-day delivery for first-class mail) please telephone us before you place your order and  we will always post Mookie by your preferred method.

Orders are normally posted within 24 hours but if we receive your order before 1 pm on a weekday we will do our best to post your Mookie to you on the same day.  We will endeavour to despatch orders placed over weekends and public holidays on the next working day.

We do not provide tracking for mail items posted nationally in the UK, but we will send you confirmation when your Mookie has been despatched.


All orders for Mookie can be cancelled (for any reason) for a refund or exchange. Unless your Mookie is faulty we would not usually refund the cost of returning it to us for a refund.

Please check your Mookie on delivery and if you think it is faulty or you think it is not the product that was described by us, you have 30 days from the receipt of your Mookie to contact us and we will give you returns guidance.  Once you have returned the faulty Mookie to us  we will  send you a replacement.  If you are still not happy with your Mookie, we will offer you a full refund.

We will refund the postage costs of returning the faulty Mookie to us and a full refund of the money you paid including the cost of posting the Mookie to you.

Please return the Mookie using a “signed for” delivery method, unused, in a saleable condition and with the original packaging in which you received the Mookie with any labels still attached.  Please obtain and keep your proof of postage.

You also have rights to return a faulty Mookie to us after the 30 day period has elapsed.  For a period of six months after you received it, you  can contact us for a replacement or a full refund if you prefer it.  If you contact us after the six month period after your purchase, your rights change in that the onus will be on you to prove to us that at the time you received it, the Mookie was either  of unsatisfactory quality,  was not fit for purpose or it had been mis-described to you, by us.
