These provisions together with our privacy, security, delivery and returns policies set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the mookiepet.com website.  We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and if we do we will notify you of any material changes on our home page.  Please review these terms and conditions from time to time.  By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General Conditions

This website advertises and sells products online in the English language only.  It is suitable for viewing by all age groups.  In order to purchase goods, you will need to pay by Sage Pay.

The product that is offered for sale on this website is illustrated by images. Although the website gives a verbal description of the Mookie colour combinations that are available, because of the variances in computer displays, the colour you see on your screen may differ from the actual colour of the Mookie that you receive.

Your Mookie will not be sent to you until full payment has been received.

You are invited to visit the website on a temporary basis and we reserve our right to withdraw some or all of the services provided on the website without notice.

Any personal data and other information provided by you is used and processed by us or Sage Pay in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you confirm agreement to by supplying such information and data.

Transaction Procedure and Ordering Process

Please select which Mookie that you wish to purchase and when you have selected the Mookie you want to buy, you can view your shopping basket, where you will see your choice of Mookie, the price depending on the quantity you are ordering,  the price of postage and the total price.

If you wish to send your item to a different postal address, you can add this address when you check out.

If there are errors in your billing address, your payment may fail.  Our payment processor requires accurate information regarding your name and billing address.  This is for security and personal data verification reasons and is there to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions.

Confirmation of your order

When your order is completed and payment has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.  This is your receipt and should be kept safe.

Cancellations and Returns

You have rights to cancel an order and to return unwanted or defective goods.  If you wish to cancel an order, or return your Mookie, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Product Safety

The Mookie is a pet grooming and massaging product but you should be careful when using the Mookie and make sure that it is used responsibly around your pet or with young children.

Neither Mookie Pet Limited nor our agents are liable for any damage, injury or harm caused to any person or animal as a result of negligent, careless or inappropriate use or application of the Mookie.  We will assume that anyone ordering products from us intends to use them for the sole purpose for which they have been designed and sold.

Intellectual Property Rights

Mookie Pet Limited is the owner of all intellectual property rights contained in the website and in the material published in it and you must not use any of the website for commercial purposes unless specific permission from Mookie Pet Limited has been granted.

Online Selling Regulations

Mookie Pet Limited complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations and other regulations related to online selling.

The law of England and Wales applies to this agreement.

Payment Methods

Your Mookie may be paid for using a debit or credit card through our online payment service.

Delivery Arrangements

The shopping basket on the website shows the Mookie that you have chosen and details of the postage charge.  We will endeavour to post your Mookie to you as quickly as possible and if we receive your order before 1 pm we will make every effort to post it to you on the same day.


If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund for  the Mookie that you have bought please contact us.  You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days of the date of receipt of your Mookie.  Please see our Refunds Policy.
